Connect Lambeth is a partnership of organisations working across Lambeth to help those in need. Most of our services are open to anyone 18+ with Carers' Hub also offering services for young carers.

Connect Lambeth is funded by Lambeth Council.

The partnership was first formed in 2015 then known as the Independent Living and Carer's Partnership. It was originally set up to bring together a group of organisations supporting older people, Disabled people and carers and to better join up services.

In 2020, we were joined by CSN and POhWER to create the Lambeth Advocacy Hub, which provides all statutory advocacy in the borough.

The core Connect Lambeth members are:

Age UK Lambeth

Carer's Hub Lambeth

Community Support Network South London (CSN)

Our current delivery partners are:

Royal Association for Deaf People (RAD)

Together we provide information and advice, advocacy, a befriending service, direct payments support and community development. Connect Lambeth is also one of the best places in Lambeth to volunteer, with a range of opportunities on offer for people to give back to the community and gain valuable new experience.

These free services promote independence and help you to maintain or improve your quality of life and prevent you from needing increasing levels of support.

Our staff have the skills and knowledge to support you whatever your needs. We will enable you to understand your options so that you can make the best choices.
